KalitaWave brings us its reinvention of manual filter coffee. Its key characteristics are: its flat bottom, the diameter of its holes and the three ribs on its flat bottom that create the perfect air chamber between the filter and the dripper itself.
Kalita was born in Tokyo in 1958, but it was not until a few years ago that he began to commercialize in Europe and thus his method has been discovered by many baristas from all over the world.
Thanks to its design, we can achieve a softer, sweeter, cleaner coffee and highlight those more delicate notes that we loss in other brewing methods.
